Hello! Whether you are a prospective client or a person who just happened upon my profile, I’m so glad you stopped by! My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and genuine curiosity. I believe every person’s actions, thoughts, and feelings make sense when viewed within the context of their environment and history. I collaborate with clients to help them explore that context, move away from things that are making them feel stuck, and move toward the things that they value most in life. I have experience and training working in a variety of settings and with people with a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, life transition, faith-based concerns, self-esteem difficulties, and so on. I work with adults of all ages and seasons of life.
